If you’d like to experience Turin in a new light, I’d be delighted, in my capacity as a Chef and as a Food and Wine Tour Guide, to take you to the city’s most iconic spots, bringing them to life with delightful themed tastings.
From the Royal Palaces of the House of Savoy to the Mole Antonelliana, from historic cafés to chocolate shops, from the Porta Palazzo Market to the Car Museum, create your own itinerary by choosing the places you’d like to explore, the foods you’d like to taste and the time you have available.
Would you like to enrich and complete your trip to Turin with a refined and exclusive Cooking Experience? Not only tasting, but also cooking iconic recipes deeply rooted in Piedmontese history and culture, in unique locations right in the heart of the city: in Piazza San Carlo at the Domori Store, or in Porta Palazzo, where a beautiful kitchen inside the Central Market will welcome us. A programme designed for true lovers of great food.
I was born in Rome and lived for many years between Germany and Italy, later moving to Milan before ultimately choosing Turin as my home. As often happens, I discovered this city with a deep sense of wonder and curiosity. It is from this perspective that I share my work — driven by enthusiasm and continuous research — particularly as a communicator and interpreter of culinary culture. This is a project I have been cultivating for nearly 30 years, which I offer in Italian, German, and English.
After graduating from art school and qualifying as a professional chef, I dedicated 25 years to teaching children and teenagers the art of cooking.
As a lecturer at the Italian Cooking School in Milan, I have written — and continue to write — articles and recipes for newspapers and magazines. Over the years, I have developed collaborations not only for culinary and team-building projects in Italy and Germany, but also with healthcare institutions, nutritionists, and therapists. I have led clinical cooking programmes specially designed for children and young people with disabilities or autism, as well as for elderly residents in nursing and care facilities.
Alongside these initiatives, I have been involved in creative projects and worked as a presenter and author for television programs focused on cooking for children. In 2017, I published the book Manuale di Cucina per Bambini (Cooking Manual for Children) with LSWR.
Since 2023, I have focused on creating unique experiences for international visitors in Italy. In 2025, I obtained my official license as a food and wine tour leader, further enhancing my expertise and expanding the scope of my work.
